Complete RO Filter Kit with Inline Filters & 15 LPH Membrane (Classic)

1. 12- Inch Membrane Housing-

This Membrane housing comes with a standard size of 12-inch which means that it will easily fit in all the types of domestic RO water Filter System. It is made up of one injection technology which make sure that it has no leakage by delivering excellency. This is an intense pressure vessel which easily fits Membranes used for Reverse Osmosis process of water purification. It is like a house and guardian of RO membrane as membrane are really important and do a very crucial work by filtering water. It directs the flows of fresh water and wastewater from their outlets. This membrane can manage high amount of water pressure.

2. Flow Restrictor 450 - 

Flow restrictor is very necessary for any water purification system as they maintain the flow of water inside and ensures good water recovery. This Flow Restrictor 450 has a very efficient functioning which will greatly maintain the flow of water in overall system. It is extremely small in size and restricts the flow of rejected water in an RO water System by creating the back pressure on the membrane. Which will control the recovery ratio of the purifier.

3. Connectors -

Connectors are highly magnificent which ensures the proper flow of the water and no leakage. These connectors can be self-installed in any type of water RO pipe in the RO Water purification System. Connectors are made with a new Push and Insert technology by which you can push the ring of the connectors and can easily insert the pipe. They are bent 90 degrees so that you can move the direction of the pipe according to you. These connectors will make the water to flow easily through the system by maintaining the pressure.

4. Teflon Tape - 

Teflon Tape is a plumber's Best Friend. This tape is made up of polytetrafluoroethylene film which is very commonly used for sealing pipe threads. the Width of the tape is exactly made as per the RO Water purification System. Easily seals the pipes and threads which ensure no leakage. Perfect for installing fitting and RO Spares. It easily prevents the water leaking from the thread connection.

5. TDS Meter-

Pearl Water TDS Meter is a Digital water testing meter which measures the quality of water with respect to TDS (Total Dissolved Solids). It has a digitally inbuilt LCD which symbolize all the values very clearly. Very Easy to use. Comes with the pouch to carry it easily anywhere. This TDS meter can range from 0 to 9990 ppm (parts per million). Battery life is particularly good it can withstand up to 6 months. Temperature Range is 0.1-60.0 degrees Celsius and an accuracy of +/-2%.

6. Multi-Spanner -

Multi Spanner is also known as Multi Wrench 2 in 1 widely used for loosing the Housings or Filters and used for making them tight. This tool is particularly useful and compatible with all type of RO Model. Amazingly easy to use and long lasting as it is made with ABS Food Grade Plastic Material. This will be immensely helpful in the installation of RO Spare parts such as Membrane Housing or Filter Housing.

7. RO Water Pipe-

Water pipe is made up of Fibre which is particularly useful in maintaining water flow and is compatible with all the types of water RO systems and RO Filters. This water RO Pipe is rust-proof and can easily withstand with the pressure of water in the RO. Very flexible, easy foldable and can be adjusted as per the requirements.  

8. RO Membrane CLASSIC –

CLASSIC RO Membrane for all the types of RO Water Purification System. This 12-inch (30 cm) is the standard size which can fit all the Standard RO system. With a great Salt Rejection rate of 95%, this membrane will make sure that the water is clean, pure, and free from all the types of water-soluble salts. This RO Membrane Classic has an Anti-Bacterial sheet which eliminates all the type of diseases causing bacteria. Supports an extreme of 1000 TDS (Total Dissolved Solid) which will make sure that it will effectively remove heavy metals, minerals, and other soluble salts from water. This RO Membrane CLASSIC is designed so ergonomically that seals strongly to avoid leakage problems.

9. Sediment Filter CLASSIC –

Sediment Filter CLASSIC is of 10 inch (25cm) can be accommodated in all types of standard RO water Purification System. Quite easy to install and is usually long lasting with a range from 3-6 months. This filter uses a step-by-step filtration which effectively removes all the foreign particles such as rust, dust, dirt etc which comes from water pipeline therefore protecting RO Membrane. It has a micron capacity of five which ensures safe and pure water after purification. This CLASSIC Sediment Filter has a huge service life of up to 6000 LTR. We recommend changing this sediment filter set every 6 months for safe, pure, and healthy drinking water.

10. Cartridge Filter-

This Cartridge Filter comes in an ideal size of 25cm (10 Inch) which can be easily accommodated in an any standard RO water Purification System. Made with a very supreme synthetic Micro-Fibre which is polypropylene which is able to remove all the types of large and finer particles such as sand, dirt silt, rust etc from the water. It is made with a melt blown process of thermally bonded micro fibres. It is a Pre-Filter which acts as a guardian of the RO water Purification Systems as it protects them from getting stuck up by large and fine particles. Keeps your water clear and is an integral component of the water filtration process.

11. Carbon Filter CLASSIC –

Carbon Filter CLASSIC is made by a Special Process from Coal, Coconut Shell, and Fruit shells so it effectively removes the organic matter, residual chlorine, and other radioactive substances in the water. Comes in an Ideal size of 10 inches (25cm) which can be easily fit in all the standard RO water Purification Systems. Quite easy to install and comes with a Micron Rating of five. Usually lasts from 3-6 months depending upon the use. Its appearance is black amorphous particles with pore structure and good adsorption performance. It is used in the third stage of the water filter and plays the role of protecting the RO membrane and has a good service life of 6000 LTR. Removes Objectionable Taste And odour from water.
